Made in 2002, LA DORMEUSE enjoyed tremendous media success following its presentation at the show 'Art Takes Time Square' in 2012 at New York. Shared hundreds of thousands of time on the Web, it has inspired poets from all over the world, singers and bloggers from all walks of life.
This new version, in black and white (the original was in color), annonces an epilogue to the story of this photography. originally, I had made 2 versions in post-productions: The version has we know it ans another one, where the sea recedes and reveals Stephanie's sublime body. I had chosen the first version, letting the imagination do its work.
This ultimate version partially lifts the veil, always with the desire to leave the leading role to the imagination and to this symbol welfare.
PARADOXICAL HUMAN BEEN
[Entropy] This word was introduczd in 1865 by Rudolf Clausius from the Greek word entropê meaning "Transformation".
It characterizes the level of disorganization, or unpredictability of the information content of a system.
Open the horizons of possibilities by partially modifying the established order of things in Nature.
I cherish Nature, she fascinates me, constantly, wherever she is, whatever she represents. It perfectly illustrates order within disorder, heavenly harmony whatever is going on. Sometimes its suffices to add or modify one detail, a grain of sand in this mechanism so perfect, for order become disorder, for the whole universe to enter an improbable and disturbing dimension.
The human mind is like that, it doesn't like to be played with.
L’esprit humain est comme ça, il n’aime pas qu’on se joue de lui.
